We Couldn’t Afford It

My wife and I have been wanting to go on a trip for quite a long time now. We just have not been able to raise enough money to cover the expenses. I told her that when we had enough, we would go anywhere that she wanted. She told me that she has always wanted to stay at the Venice Beach California Hotel. I was not surprised. We had watched a movie a while ago, where a young couple went and stayed there, and she has been talking about it ever since. I told her that I would do my best to raise the money.
