I just want to write about the one stay I had at one of the San Mateo hotels. I’ll skip all the stuff about how great they were, how great the room was, how accommodating the staff was. What I wanted to share with you is the hotel’s responsibility. I was on my vacation but something came up with my work and needed an emergency fax sent to me. I was really worried but the hotel’s staff reaffirmed me they will deliver the fax to me as soon as they get it. I was really worried they wouldn’t, but at the end of the day, they delivered their promise.
