There is a new version of the Wii in the works. It will be the same wii in terms of hardware inside but the appearance will recieve a complete makeover. The new form will look very familiar as people have speculated that the new Wii will be made to resemble a classic NES. Nintendo DS News also cites this as a rumor but I really hope this is true. I have confirmed now that the controllers might be fake but this might definitely be real. If so, Nintendo should expect some additional lines this holiday season for people with a sense of history
