Mormon restrictions are like normal rules

Some people think we are a mormon cult because we have so many restrictions on our lives, or so-called restrictions. I see commandments, rules, whatever you want to call it as a safety issue. When my husband went to Alaska, there were signs posted in certain areas to warn of danger and that there would be a $5000 fine if anyone was found climbing in a certain area. But the greater cost would have been his life. I don’t find commandments any more restricting than a railing on a walkway. It’s for my safety, so if you think that’s bad, then you can stick to your opinion about us being a mormon cult.
