When my father passed away his wife at the time was still really close to our family. Years have gone by and she still resurfaces from time to time. Of course they had children together and they would like to see some of the estate get passed down to them when my Grandfather dies. Recently he did pass away and he made no mention of them in a will or trust. My probate question is can they still rightly pursue getting some of this trust? He mentioned those surviving him would get percentages but he made no mention of my dad’s widow.
