The Role of a Personal Trainer

If your kids ask you what you’re doing, how do you explain it to them? Well, we all know exercise is good for the body. A personal trainer helps other people do that for a living. Another word for this kind of professional is a “fitness trainer.” You help another person to be fit and healthy by showing them what do in the gym. A “gym” is a place where there are all kinds of equipment to train the body. Of course, you have to show a good example and be healthy yourself! Being a personal trainer is quite good. You’re not only helping people look and feel better, you also make money.
