On some kinds of identification forms, you will often be required to fill in your height, weight, eye color, hair color, and all sorts of information about your bodily characteristics. This is a form of biometrics and is often quite useful for narrowing down searches of specific people to a very significant degree. Biometric signature as a science came into its own only in the 19th Century. Its principles have however, been used in many ways since before the time of Christ. Technology today has allowed us to make better use of biometric signature technology than was ever before possible. Now thousands upon thousands of people can be processed immediately without too much problem at all.
