How to read guitar tabs for bassists

My older brother plays an electric guitar and he gave me some stuff he printed off the computer on how to play the guitar. The only thing is I have a bass guitar, not a six string one. Besides the fact that there are two less strings, is learning how to read guitar tabs for bass a lot different than for the regular guitar? Does anyone know of any good sites just for bassists? Thinking about this also made me wonder how drummers learn to play a song since I’ve seen sheet music for them and it’s very different. Is there tab for those guys too?
