From tanked to tankless

I am really looking to making my home more energy efficient. With the economy in such a crazy place right now, and the country going more “green” I thought I would jump on the band wagon. I have been looking into getting Tankless Water Heaters for my house. I have heard and read that these are so much more energy efficient than the regular tanked water heaters. Every little bit that I can save now days is a good thing. I would also feel better about doing my part in helping make things better in the environment. Has anyone else switched from tanked to tankless?
