Water Filtration and reverse osmosis

Okay, the very word takes me back twenty years to early collage science courses. Reverse osmosis defined as using pressure to force a solvent to one side of a membrane while the pure solute passes on the other side. Wow. Did that give you a head ache too. Feels like we are studying for an exam huh! Well, in water filtration, you force that bade stuff, or the chemicals, to one side, and then allow the pure solute, or water, pass to the other side. The result is clean fresh pure water straight from you kitchen faucet ready for drinking!
