Work outs for abs — not all they’re cracked up to be

I know these guys from the gym that I see doing around 250 sit ups every single day. I never see them doing any cardio or general weight training. It’s all about the sit ups and crunches and ab excercises. And yet they don’t have six packs. Then I see other people who take a different approach. They don’t do a targeted abs work out, yet they have the best bodies in the whole place. Just goes to show you that the real secret to a washboard stomach isn’t crunches, it’s a generall all-around approach to fitness that works.
