Stress and Anxiety are the main reasons for the cause of insomnia in children. Most of the children face tensed situations at school, at home and even when they are with their friends.It is quite simple that pain and constipation or stomach problems can cause irregular restlessness in adults as well as children. Sleeping disorders or sleep disturbers like restless legs or having bad dreams at night are some of the other causes of insomnia in children.
