If you are a resident of the state of Georgia and interested in starting your own business, you are likely going to be faced with the question of which is better for you, a Ga LLC or a Ga corporation. Both of these provide solid personal asset protection for you and your other business owners. But the Georgia limited liability company offers more when it comes to tax choices. You see, a Ga LLC has more ways it can elect to be taxed as compared to a Ga corporation which is generally subject to double taxation. Also, a Georgia limited liability company is easier to operate with less formalities.
