I Don’t Trust You….

How much money would you lend to someone you don’t know and don’t trust? Probably not very much right? Well are you surprised when banks and lending institutions decline loan applications from people with no credit or bad credit? People get upset for being declined but don’t realize these companies don’t know who they are and the only way they can “trust” them is by checking their credit history. That is why I encourage my clients to regularly get their free credit reports online, check them over carefully and make some changes to how they deal with their finances in order to increase their score. Trust is earned.
