I am a witness in a federal case. Although I am not the accused, I am nervous about being questioned by the Los Angeles California based federal criminal defense attorneys. I have been told that they may use big words to try to trip me up and get me to say something that I shouldn’t. I have never been so nervous in my life. I can’t imagine how the person on trial feels. I ahve never been in trouble, nor have I ever been a witness in a case before, so I have never been questioned by an attorney.
