How do recruiting companies find people to fill jobs.

Ever wonder how recruiting companies find people to fill the jobs they have for their clients. The answer can be as varied as the kind of job that needs to be filled. Small recruiting agency’s advertise in newspapers. The post listings of the job types they have and let prospective employees find them.This is considerer the lower class of recruiting. For the higher paying executive type of job recruiting talented people is much more challenging. First you have to know exactly what sort of person would best fill the position then you usually have to lure them out of the current job they have.
