Efficient To Archive Emails

Some people are asking me why I take the time to archive emails. I mean sure, they are emails and some of them are important matters but then taking the time archiving them is something that they do not seem to understand. Let us just say that I have been fed up by my super cluttered email before and I want to see some changes. Because of the archive emails, keeping the more important messages is much easier. Also, with archive emails makes it possible for me to maximize the space of my email. With that, I am able to manage things easily. And this is more than I ever asked of.
