There is always the balance that has to be reached between what we know and what our future employers expects us to know. As a future employer they will either test you for the knowledge you need or they will ask you to provide some sort of Graduate career documentation. The documentation will usually be in the form of a degree or a certificate of completion of a course of study. Whichever way they choose to verify your knowledge you should be prepared for it prior to applying for the job. The more diplomas and certificates you possess the wider will be your career possibilities.
