Catering for the judges

I am doing the catering for the judges and stewards at the local agricultural show, which is in a few weeks time. I always enjoy doing this sort of lunch and try to make a variety of dishes for them. I have got a load of stacking chairs and folding tables for banquets which I am supplying as well. This makes life much easier as I can just put the food out on the tables and they can all help themselves. I have 2 girls helping me and as they have been helping for 3 years now, they know what to do without being told.
