Since I have been working at my company I knew that unless and until I received a higher education I was destined to be stuck in my position. Although I know a lot of the ins and outs of the company I have to have the degree to really be able to get into Accounting and Financial Management. I would like to find a place that would make it easy for me to go to school while I am still working so that I can work my way up the ladder, so to speak. I can not afford to quit, but I need to get an education.
