Having checked a few of the car dealerships in my local area for a new car, I went to Smiths of Ilkeston with the intention of looking at a Vauxhall Corsa. I was extremely impressed with how helpful and kind the sales assistant was and never once felt as though I was in a high pressure sales situation.
The assistant just answered my questions and made suggestions as to what he thought would be the best package for me. I ended up buying from Smiths as I found their standard of customer service completely unrivalled. I would thoroughly recommend using them to anyone and intend to do so myself.
