My husband’s father passed away and I am trying to help my mother in law hire a probate attorney that can take the burden off of the family during this difficult time. I can’t believe he died without having a will in place and named his estate as the beneficiary on his life insurance policies. Not only is my mother in law completely distraught over his passing, she is totally freaked out about the estate. I have found a Los Angeles probate attorney that has a reputation for being trustworthy and reliable. I am going to see him tomorrow and am hopeful that he can sort out this mess.
