80’s Rock Videos both Cheesy and Awesome

There is no doubt the rock videos pounded out on the MTV airwaves during the decade of the 80’s revitalized and revolutionized the music industry. It was new and the bands of the day were nothing if not show stoppers.
Now, the story lines and acting may have left more to be desired, but the music was really just about energy. Yes, a fair share of those videos were cheesier than a Papa John’s pizza, but fun none the less. The real meat of the 80s rock video was in the music itself. The good thing is though, that the music lives on today in rather popular fashion on classic radio stations, commercials, and even at major sporting events.
